Policies
- A deposit of 1 night's stay is required for confirmation.
- No, Person under the age of 25 will be allowed to register
without a parent or legal guardian.
- Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received seven
days or more prior to scheduled arrival date.
- Two-day minimum stays (3 day on Holidays) are required
in the summer. Stay 4 paid nights and the Fifth
night is free!, except during the
month of July.
- Rates subject
to change without notice.
- 10% Military Discount
- Long-Term
rates are for a minimum of 30 days plus $100.00 deposit
for advanced reservation.
- All rates
are subject to 13% occupancy tax, except long term.
- Reservations
without deposits are automatically cancelled 7 days after
call in date.
- Sorry No pets Allowed
- Check in Time 3:00 pm
- Check out Time 12:00 pm

Arrival
via Aransas Pass (Ferry)
As you come off the ferry, Go straight on Cotter to the
second stop light. Take a right on Alister. Go through
town, through the stop light to Beach Access Road 1A.
There will be a Circle K at the corner turn left onto
Access Road 1A. Island Dunes is several block down on
the left hand side at 715 Beach Access Rd. 1A.

Arrival
via Corpus Christi
Take Hwy. 361 to just past Island Moorings subdivision
before you reach Port Aransas. At Beach Access Road 1A
turn right. There will be a Circle K on the corner. Island
Dunes is several block down on the left hand side at 715
Beach Access Rd. 1A.
