Island Dunes Policies:
- A deposit of 20% is required for confirmation.
- Departure Cleaning Fee: 2 bedroom $ 150.00, 3 bedroom $ 225.00
- No, Person under the age of 25 will be allowed to register without a parent or legal guardian.
- Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received seven days or more prior to scheduled arrival date.
- Two-day minimum stays (3 day on Holidays) are required in the summer. Stay 6 paid nights and the seventh night is free!
- No Free nights during Holidays.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- 10% Military Discount (Retired, Active or Veteran)
- Long-Term rates are for a minimum of 30 days plus $1,000.00 deposit for advanced reservation.
- All rates are subject to 15% occupancy tax, except long term. Long-term rentals through the Winter Texan Program are excluded.
- No pets allowed in rental units.
